It depends on the service. Before the consultation, you are asked to send your CV and a list of questions. Then, we schedule a call to discuss your case, develop a step-by-step plan, and address any other admission-related issues. When searching for programs, you complete a questionnaire indicating your preferences regarding countries, tuition fees, specialisations, and more. We then conduct a thorough search, considering all your preferences, and within two weeks, we will send you five or ten programs and their descriptions, including admission requirements, deadlines, scholarships, and other necessary details. Suppose we are working on a motivation letter or CV. In that case, you send us a draft, we provide detailed written feedback, and you update it, which we review again... until we achieve the perfect version.
With mentorship, we go through the application process together: select suitable programs, prepare documents, and submit the application. This is not just a service; it's a personal journey we embark on together. We can also assist with various scholarships. Mentorship for one program typically takes two to three months. One program refers to a specific bachelor's or master's degree at one university.
We are here to assist almost all European countries: Austria, Belgium, the UK, Hungary, Germany, Denmark, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg, Norway, Netherlands, Portugal, Finland, France, Switzerland, and Sweden. We also assist with applications for all scholarships in these countries and all fields except medicine.
While we cannot guarantee admission, we can share our statistics: 100% of our mentees have been admitted to their dream universities over four years. This should give you confidence in our process and the support we provide.
For specific services, we work on a full prepayment basis. For mentorship, there are various options, including instalment plans. The terms depend on the number of programs and who your mentor will be.
There is no difference in the quality of service you receive, but Karina, with her extensive experience, may have a higher workload. Our mentors, on the other hand, are equally capable and dedicated to helping you achieve your academic goals.
